Mental Health Therapy
Individuals ages 5 and above will have the opportunity to take advantage of the individual therapy sessions provided by Of Sound Mind. Clinician will conduct biopsychosocial assessment and/or mental health assessments, to identify needs and strengths of consumer. DSM diagnosis will be established for clinical treatment.

Based on the findings in the biopsychosocial assessment and/or other assessments, a consumer-centered treatment plan will be developed through collaboration of clinician and consumer. This treatment plan will include the goal(s) of services.

Clinician will facilitate the processing of thoughts, actions, beliefs, and/or trauma that presents a mental health challenge or executive functioning. Clinician will help the consumer gain positive coping mechanisms that will help to manage symptoms and environmental triggers, that inhibit the activities of daily living. Clinician will

These services can be provided in the staff meeting, in-service, workshop, and/or conference settings. Clinical Supervision is available to Master's Level Social Workers who are pursuing an LCSW.
