The unique approach to providing consumer-centered therapy involves meeting the consumer where they currently are and facilitating the establishment of personal goals. Beginning with the end in mind, the consumer can identify most pressing concerns and/or challenges and imagine themselves at a place where the challenges are gone or at a more manageable level.
